I enjoyed the DLC stories much more than the base game. I also loved the build up in each DLC. Due to the Creation Engine, multiple quests can be marked active at the same time and followed on the world map. Due to the emphasis on robotic NPCs and holotapes, the quests themselves rely on exploration, hacking, and completing mission objectives, rather than interaction with humanoid non-player characters.
